Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they are not yet shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds are available only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
- Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product should be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging intact.
- Customers must bear return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized/customized products.
- Earrings, nose pins, and intimate accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
