Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at Gift Emporium take pride in our products and customer service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when shopping with us.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they are not yet shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are available only if:
    • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product should be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging intact.
  • Customers must bear return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized/customized products.
  • Earrings, nose pins, and intimate accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
