    Shipping is FREE for all prepaid orders over ₹499.

A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply for orders below ₹499.

Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

    Once shipped, a tracking ID and link will be provided via email/SMS.

You can track your package directly from our website or through the courier partner’s site.

    We partner with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart, and others to ensure timely and secure delivery across India.

💳 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

    We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

📌 Note: Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of certain items (e.g., bracelets or rakhis), returns are not accepted for change of mind or preference.

If cancelled on time, the full amount will be refunded via Razorpay.
